Forced speed has many disadvantages. For example, children are forced to act us adults. Man is forced to pace himself and live by the speed of machines. Speed can turn into a disintegrating factor, it can load our minds and hearts and make them machines.
WE ARE RECEIVING THREE HUNDRED TIMES MORE KNOWLEDGE THAN THE AVERAGE STUDENT WAS TWO HUNDRED YEARS AGO, YET OUR BRAIN IS ALMOST THE SAME BRAIN. WE ARE RECEIVIG FIVE HUNDRED TIMES MORE EMOTIONS THAN AN AVERAGE PERSON RECEIVED HUNDRED YEARS AGO.
We are forced to speedily collect data, emotions, and information. We speed our vegetables in growing . we demand that our children grow up sooner.
We have inner and outer speed. Outer speed is what we do with our body, actions and machines. Inner speed is related to the progress of our spiritual unfoldment and expansion of our consciousness. If we synchronize these two speeds in some way and set our timing to the standard , then we will enjoy immensely our lives and play our role in the great movement.
The great ones are thousands of years ahead of us in their spiritual evolution, but they are not ahead of time. The greatest killer in this century is speed.
The 2 following questions arise:
Don’t we need to do things at a certain speed?
Can we forget time in our current society and culture?
The answer is that we are victims of the concept of time and speed. A whole generation must be educated in the concept of timelessness if we want future human beings to live on this planet.
We are not speaking against speed but against speediness and speed which are imposed upon us. We are not speaking against the concept of time but against the imposition of time. At present, we must accept the illusion of time as reality, but at the same time understand the reality of timelessness.
Speed must not violate the ratio of time and space as follows.
t/s= speed, where t=time and s=space.
Speed is the effort of time to conquer space. Space can never be conquered by people who are time bound and speed bound. Space is conquered by being space, which negates speed and time.
Our conclusions then are these:
a. Do not give great value to speed. Seek quality.
b. Do not speed at the expense of your health or failure.
c. Learn patience. Know that patience is not negligence or indifference but, rather , an intuitive sense of timing
d. Those who are not forced to speed produce and create a better life.
Slow down and follow your own rhythm.
